I became a certified aromatherapist after being given false information on the use of essential oils that caused burns on the bottom of my grandsons feet. I set out on a journey to learn how to use essential oils safely and effectively. I believe not all of the new ways are better for us than the “old” ways.

The face is a complex network of muscles which are used constantly. Smiling, chewing, laughing, etc. all cause the facial muscles to contract. As a result the facial muscles are in almost constant state of use and begin to collect tension. Eventually this causes constriction of muscle tissue and decreased circulation to the surface tissues. When blood is unable to circulate properly through these tissues, the facial tissue near the surface begins to die, and to lose its natural elasticity.
